"Run in Error" when trying to open MS outlook 2000

Outlook worked fine before and just yesterday after
starting it I received this error, I can see see the inbox
but once thie message appears, it will hang/not respond
thus leaving me only an option to close, does anyone have
any suggestion or advice on this?

sorry about the lapse, the message should be "Rules in
Error" not the one previously written. In addition the
Rules in Error Box shows this

Rule- Server-Requested Client Action

Error- Move copy, unable to create dest msg.
