If you're using the WINXP Start menu, click on Start then right-click in the
upper border by the Username and select Properties, then click on the
Customize button, then Advanced tab. In the Start menu items field, scroll
to locate Run command and click in the checkbox beside it. Click on OK, then
Apply, then OK.
If you're suing the Classic Start menu, click on Start>Settings>Taskbar and
Start menu>Start Menu tab. Click on the Customize button, and in the
Advanced Start menu options field, scroll (if necessary) to locate Display
Run and click in the checkbox beside it. click on OK, then Apply, then OK.
