I have setup an application to run when a particular user
logs in (placed shortcut link to executable in \Document
and Settings\USER\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder)
however I cannot get it to run in minimized mode - it
always comes up as an active window. I have set the
Properties of the shortcut icon to run as minimized. Any
suggestions would be appreciated!!
