Rules Wizard OL2003?

Does the rules wizard work in OL2003?

winxp
OL2003
Exchange2000

Specifically, Does anyone have a rule like the following working?

Apply this rule after the message arrives
sender is in Global Address List Address book
and on this machine only
move it to the Inbox (Address List) folder

My rule using the Contact List works fine, but the above rule does not.

Any Ideas?

No, I think the "sender is in address book" rule works only for contacts
folders.
