Rules report invalid folders

Using Outlook 2003 in cached Exchange mode on Win XP with Exchange Server 2003.

I have a number of rules that file emails into subfolders below the inbox.

When a message arrives that should be moved to one of the subfolders I get a
popup message saying the folder is invalid. However, when I run the rule
manually it correctly moves the message.

I've deleted and re-created my rules, but that didn't fix the problem. What
else can I do to get my rules working again?

Hi,
please recreate this rule!

As mentioned, I have already re-created the rule.

I ended up creating new folders and then creating new rules.
