rules question: Multiple email addy, one contact

When creating a rule to move messages from a specific person who may be
sending from any one of two or three different addresses, do I have to
create a second and third contact for that individual or can one contact
contain more than one address?

One contact can contain up to 3 addresses, but you would need to include all
of them in the "from person or distribution list" condition in your rule.

How do I specify the other email addresses? The contact appears twice in
the list (presumably once for each email address) but when I click either
one it opens the contact and displays email1 - neither one shows email2.

There is no need to open the contact. If the list shows 3 addresses, choose
all 3.
