Hi guys,
I'm getting some very curious results using Norton AntiSpam in combination
with the rules in Outlook 2003.
NAS marks spam emails with a [norton antispam] tagged onto the subject line
of spam mails, which then (according to norton) it moves into an AntiSpam
folder. It does this fine... most of the time. It *always* tags them fine,
but fails to move them maybe 10% of the time. I keep finding stray mails in
various folders.
Now, this might be a NAS issue, except that I'm having other problems too.
Rules which I have set to move mails into folders dont always work. And even
when they do work, I appear to get *duplicated* emails... which is very
strange. I've checked the rules over and over and they all seem fine... they
are all sent to MOVE, not COPY the emails... I cant figure out what on earth
is going on. I only get the duplicate emails in folders where mails have
been moved... sometimes I end up with the mail successfully moved... but
duplicated in the same folder too.
So... totally confused Is my Outlook suffering from some personality
disorder?
