Rules Limits

Does the 32k limit for rules apply to server side rules, client side, or
both? I am wondering if there are any workarounds or tricks to have more
rules. I believe the limit is based on the # of characters in the rule -
such as the name of the folder the message is moved to, name of sender, etc,
correct? So by creating a DL with a short name is more advantageous than a
long name? Also, does the name of the rule count and or the folder path? I
use O2K3 and Exchange '03. Thanks in advance.

beginning with ol2002, both, provided there is an exchange account in the
profile. non-exchange users don't have a limit.

folder path and dl name counts, not sure on the rule name, but it probably
does.
