Rules expanding Dist. List to "or"

When setting up a rule in Outlook 2003 SP1, if I want to move
items sent to a personal distribution list to a "group" folder,
Outlook forces me to expand the distribution list. When it expands,
it uses "or" for the connection -- this means that if I use this rule,
any email from ANYONE on the dist. list goes to the "group" folder.
I want it to do so only if more than one person on the list is
in the pertinent field (i.e., I want to "AND" the people on the list,
not "OR" them). Is it possible to do this?

No. Outlook has no rule that would do that.
