Ruler

Both the horizontal and vertical rulers show an ever increasing list of numbers, spaced awkwardly at first and then, as you progress from left to right, the numbers are overlapping and become indistinguishable. The tabs still work but are practically worthless to slide with the cursor arrow since you can't tell where you are on the ruler. Can anyone help me "clean up" my ruler bars? (This problem started with the install of Office 2003)

Greg, I have MS XP and I have the same problem as you.
"increasing list of numbers, spaced awkwardly at first and
then, as you progress from left to right, the numbers are
overlapping and become indistinguishable. "
Have you managed to fix it yet?
