Rule to filter e-mails with a specific text string in an attachment

Hi all,

Does anybody know how I can create a rule in Outlook 2003 to filter
incoming e-mails with a specific text string in an attachment.

Outlook rules do not work on attachment names or anything to do with
attachments.
