Rule for Undeliverable message not working

I have set up a rule on Outlook 2000 using Exchange 2000 to redirect messages
witn "Undeliverable: Your loan statement" in the subject to another exchange
mailbox as well as move the message to the deleted items bin in the mailbox
where it was received. My problem is that the message is not being
rediredted to the other exchange mailbox. It is being moved to the deleted
item bin. I have also tried forwarding rather than redirecting. I have also
tried to eliminate the move to deleted items and still the redirect does not
work.

When I send a message using my mailbox and the subject, the rule works
correctly. Is the problem possibly that I'm trying to forward or redirect a
message from the System Administrator?

Thanks,
Dino

I am having the same problem. Basically, how does one match DSNs? I can get
text "failed messages" to match using subject line matching. But if there is
a real Mime Encoded DSN, then I can't match it using rules. I get thousands
of these that I want to redirect them to a particular public folder (so this
need to be a server side rule). Anyone have any idea?

Exactly. It has no message body at all. You should, however, be able to use the subject in a rule.
