rule for deleting mail after 90 days

hi, I have a few high high volume mailing lists being sent to my outlook
account.

as I delete these emails they go into the deleted file.

currently I manually delte these after approx 3 months because from time to
time I want to 'search' these deleted emails and liek to keep them around
for a while before permanently deleting them.

I keep the majority of my other emails permanently (business requirements).

So what i need is a rule that automatically deletes email older than 90 days
with certai words in it in the deleted folder. I have been unable to find
something like this.

Any advise would be great.

Cheers,
Dean

That's because there is no such rule. Automatic rules operate only on the
Inbox.

yep, i thought as much, there is also no 'time delay' options for the inbox
rules either, only delivered/read.

Well, there is a date-related rule, but only from a specific date (like May
5, 2005), not an interval-based one (like 90 days).
