Rule for automatically forwarding emails

We have an employee that no longer works for us. His emails are being
directed to another employee's email address. I thought that there would be
a "Rule", in that Oulook account, that instructs the email to be forwarded,
but no such rule exists on that computer. Is there another method for emails
to be forwarded to another email address that I am missing? I'd like to
disable the forwarding now, because its mostly spam that is being forwarded
to the 2nd email address.

Thanks,
Michael

There is probably an Exchange server involved here that has the "Exchange
General", "Delivery Options" set to forward all this user's email to someone
else.

Well, yes, there is an Exchange rule. I didnt realize that it would be the
rule that would forward the emails, as there is no instruction in that rule.

If I delete that rule, would that be my solution?

Yes, that should take care of it....provided that the Exchange settings for
this former user are modified to no longer forward his/her email.

Thanks for your help Don. Turns out, that our server from a remote location
handles the emails, which I thought I could do from here. long story short,
I've got it fixed. But thanks for you help.
