RTF data from Excel 2007 to Access 2007

Hello

I cannot transfer RTF data from Excel 2007 to Access 2007. When transfering
RTF data to Access the formatting is omitted. I have tried to import to
existing table with RTF definition for the memo field, import to new table,
link to Excel and paste.

Excel data is however simple to paste from Word 2007 to Excel 2007 with
excellent visual result - it had been nice if this functionality had existed
also between Excel And Access.

It is however possible to manually paste formatted data (copied from one
whole cell in Excel) into an open field in Access. So it works - but I don´t
have the time to do this manually for each record in Access.

Is there a solution to this?

I think the whole point of a database is that you keep the data in fields and
tables, and the formatting is kept completely separate, so what you are doing
is not really appropriate for a databse application
