RPC Server is Unavailable

When I try to install something, an error message comes up saying that 'the
RPC Server is unavailable.' Is the problem have to do with any of Windows
Services? What can I do to fix it?

Check that the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Service is started and set to
automatic. You can start it by running this command in the Start menu
Run box: net start rpcss
