RPC ends

When ever i 'm connected to internet using a dialup
modems with windows XP Professional,after 10 minutes, a
dialogue box with the information appears that RPC has
terminated, therefore the computer will restart in 60
seconds .
A count down starts and the computer reboots after 60
seconds. It keeps happening every 10 minutes. The
information in the event viewer has the following message
for the event.
The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code
during its internal processing. HRESULT was 800706BA
from line 44 of d:\nt\com\com1x\src\events\tier1
\eventsystemobj.cpp.
