Roxio Sound Editor

When trying to save a project in Roxio Easy Creator 9 Sound Editor after
editing, as soon as I click 'Save Project' in the dropdown box under 'File'
on the toolbar a pop -up window appears that says "Roxio has encountered a
problem and must close." This happens about 8 out of 10 times, and I end up
losing all my work. I'm tired of trying to get answers from Roxio. Any ideas
anyone? Thanks.

Corrupt files ?

Un-install it, re-boot and then re-install.

Thanks Jerry! I did just that, and I also traced some bad files to Yahoo
Music Jukebox. I don't quite understand that, but everything's working fine
now, so once again thanks for the advice.
