Rows to repeat at top - grey'd out

Hi

When using Print Preview > Setup > Sheet, the 'rows to reapeat at top' is
grey'd out. Is there a way of getting this option without having to come of
of preview completely and going in via File > Page setup, please?

I believe that's the only way. I've also been frustrated by this
