Routing and Remote Access port fowarding does not work

I have a client that I configured Routing and Remote Access and everything
was working fine. Now they have requested to have a port forwarded to one of
the workstations to allow the user to access his computer using Remote
Desktop. No matter what way I configure it I can't seam to get it to work.

I have noticed none of my port forwarding is working so I disabled Routing
and Remote Access and re-enabled / reconfigured it and still no joy. There
isn't anything in the Event log to assist in resolving the problem.

Is there a way to completely remove Routing and Remote Access along with the
previous configuration then reinstall it?

Server configuration:

Server 2003 Enterprise Edition SP1

2 Network cards (1 - LAN and 1 - WAN)

Thank in Advance!

Does the client have a router? Hardware firewall? How do the
workstations access the Internet?

No hardware router. The server does the routing / VPN and I use NAT for port
fowarding

They access the Internet thru the server using Routing and Remote Access.
Outbound traffic is working without a problem. VPN is working. It's the
Services and Ports on the WAN side thats not working properly. Thanks
