Rounding up or down to nearest whole number

What formula would I use to round a number to a whole number, ie 2.4 would
round to 2, 2.55 would round to 3. I'm tried using the following formula,
however it only rounds up.

=CEILING(D$32*B33,1)

=ROUND(D$32*B33,0)
