rotate a screen image to portrait?

i just got a lcd samsung 913B which can be rotated, problem is my
laptop does not support this, is there any utility out there which can

Utilities do exist - and are typically shipped with monitors that can
be rotated - otherwise the rotation is hardly worth while (as you know).
Some graphics solutions (even in notebooks) include the ability to
rotate the image. I have a NB where Right clicking on the desktop
provides an option of rotation in the pulldown that is displayed. If
memory serves me correct it is an Intel solution.
Probably a google search will help a lot.
