Room icon is a person icon?

Hi,

I've created a new room resource in Exchange 2007, but when you look at the room in then GAL (when trying to book the room) it has a person icon instead of a door icon. Also the room doesn't appear when you try to book a book a meeting and click on Rooms.

What defines the icons and how they appear when you look in the GAL?

Exchange controls it. If its not under All Rooms under All Address Lists,
its not correctly setup as a room.

How long ago did you create it? If just today, it may take some time for
permissions to propagate out to the clients and display in the GAL section,
but it should be under All rooms immediately (it is here). Try updating the
address book (send/receive settings).

Sorted it out as the room didn't have a capacity under the resource information tab. All works now.
