Source: Userenv

Event ID: 1000

Type: Error

Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a
roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact
your administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

I have researched the above error and found we may need
either to re-apply the last Patch or this hotfix
817171.exe. One of the locations mentioned in this
article refers two directories in the CRS space. The last
patch for Explorer was the MS03-048: Cumulative Security
Update for Internet Explorer (824145), but was not applied
due to we must have Explorer 6.0 sp1 to which we do not
have. On the 22nd of November we did apply patch: MS03-
049: Buffer Overrun in the Workstation Service Could
Allow Code Execution (828749) in which shortly after we
started receiving the above error on a persistent basis.
This patch may not have taken successfully reapplying my
correct issue.
