Rocky vs. Rover

Hi all--

In the Windows Office 2003 search function you have Rover the dog show up,
and you have the opportuntity to choose another character, including Rocky
the dog. However, Rover is not a choice in the desktop assistant cast of
characters. I would prefer Rover to always be open (he reminds me of my
dog)...anyone know how to choose Rover as the desktop assistant?

On a similar note, I am getting a message saying that no Office Assistant
Character files found; go to set-up in maintenance mode to choose character.
I cannot figure out how to do that. Any ideas? Thanks.
