Roaming profile

I am attempting to setup a roaming profile. I have two
computers on a domain network, one is the DC, the other is
a member server. I get the following message when I try to
logon to the MS with a user login that belongs to the
admin group:

"Windows cannot locate your roaming profile and is
attempting to log you on with your local profile. Changes
to the profile will not be propagated to the server.

DETAIL - The device is not ready."

The MS can browse to the roaming profile directory via
Windows Explorer logged in as the user.

What am I missing? MS KB is no help at all (circles).

Ok, I figured it out on my own: I didn't have the correct
path setup in the user's profile path. I had the local
path instead of \\server\share!! I hope the rest of my
probs are this easy!
