I have 2 PCs: one in Charlotte (Clt) connected to cable,
the other in Atlanta (Atl) connected to DSL. Both run
WinXP Prof. and are stand-alone workstations (no
networks). The Clt PC can access the Atl PC after it
receives a Remote Assistance (RA) invitation. However,
the problem exists when the Atl PC is trying to assist
the Clt PC. The following warning ! appears, "Remote
assistance connection could not be established because
the remote host name could not be resolved." Any help is
greatly appreciated. Thanks to all. -Rick
