RIS error message

Trying to figure out why my RIS stops responding. I get the following error,

If i stop and start the BINL service things start working normally again.

Actually that is from the command window when in Full Debug Mode. There
isn't anything out of the ordinary in the event logs, and yes DHCP is
installed also. I have dropped it down to Normal Debug Mode to get any
errors in an actual file.

Also, check your event logs on the RIS server and post them.

Do you have DHCP installed on the RIS server?

OK, let us know if you turn up anything. Maybe you should open a case with
MS:

If I can reproduce the error consistanly I will let you guys know, and also
if I find some sort of solution. Thanks for the help.
