I am using a test machine with windows server 2000 sp 4 and i have
tested other dell machines that have worked with remote install by
using the integrated nic card. I am currently trying to Remote install
on a dell dimension 3000 with a windows 2k image the intel card is a
pro100 ve and I continue to get network adapters are not there can not
use image. I know there is a hotfix and i have done all the steps to
make this work I was wondering after I have received the hotfix there
is a symbol folder with two files binlsvc.dbg and another binlsvc.pdg
I was wondering what i needed to do with those files?

The best way to resolve this is to go to Intels website and search for an
updated network adapter for your version. Then place the files in the $OEM
folder in the image. Intel has a list on their site of updated drivers that
htey know have RIS problems.

I had several problem with RIS and Dell computers with the intel nics. I
have about 6 drivers on the server for computers ranging from a Dell 330 all
the way to the Dell 370 and D500 and D505's.
