Rights to Print

Hello,

I have a user who uses TS to get into a Win2k server.
The user has limited rights to the server and currently
cannot install a local printer due to the rights
restrictions.

I would like to grant the user rights to install local
printers (they will be IP based printers).

What rights do I need to grant to the user?

I don't know of any particular right that will allow that, but adding him to the
power users local group should allow him to do such if you trust him to have the
extra rights that goes with that group which is considerable including the ability to
create shares and management of local user accounts [other than administrators]. ---
