Right Click to Correct Spelling

I'm using Word 2007. Have a documnent that is not alowing me to correct
spelling when right clicking my mouse. Instead of spelling corrections
choices coming up when I right click, the option to choose a signature comes
up! How do I correct this? It does not happen in all documents so I must have
inadvertently set something to cause this?
