right click, New, text document <-- (Missing)

I've installed a third party text editor and screwed my context menu.
When I try to right click, New, the creation of new text document is missing.

How can I include text document in right click, New???

Check that this key exists
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.txt\ShellNew
If it doesn't, then create it based on a working "right-click"
extension
