How can one change (delete old or add new) options that appear on a right
click of the mouse, for example on my desktop or in the right panel of
Windows Explorer? I am mostly interested in the New menu.

My issue is related... the website you referred gmrad to was helpful, but it
did not walk me through how to RE-ENABLE the "save target as" option on mouse
right-click. I USED to be able to do this, but I cannot anymore. Any other
options other than the website link you posted????
