RIGHT CLICK - FORMAT!!!!

I want to remove the format option from the context menu when you right
click on a drive in Windows Explorer \ My Computer. I can't see this option
in the GPO. Is there another way?

Users will not be able to format unless they are administrators of their
machine. If this is the case they could find other ways to format drives
if they wanted. Your best bet would be to not allow users to be admins of
their machines.
