1) Go to Start/Run type in Regedit. select OK, this will open the editor.
2) Just navigate to down to the following key (this is the key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
4. See if any unusual item is there in the list of sub-keys. If so, then
remove it.
