Rich Text Signatures

I have a user that I changed to compose emails in HTML. Before hand she
could go to insert, and her different signatures were there to choose
from. As soon as I changed to HTML her signature choices are gone from
the insert. Is there a way to keep that option there even though she
composes in HTML?

usually, when you use the signature editor in OL2003, it will create 3
files for each signature you make

..htm
..rtf
..txt

so when you change modes (say from RTF to HTML), you still have the
signature to choose.

either use the signature editor or create a file named .HTM and put it
in the SIGNATURE folder.

What version of Outlook? Which mail editor?
