Rich Text format message loosing reply data

I'm using a POP3 server (Yahoo!) to retrieve my email into Outlook 2003. If
I send a message form Outlook using Rich Text format, and the recipient
replies, I can see the reply in Yahoo!, but when I download it into Oulook,
the reply data is gone, and I can only see my original text. If I send the
same message in plain text, and the reciepient replies, all is well.

I've posted something similar in the past, thinking the problem was related
to a particular responder. After seeing that the data does indeed show up in
Yahoo!, however, I decided to repost. Any ideas?

There is no guarantee that anything non-Microsoft will support RTF.
Better use HTML, which is supported by all mail systems and clients.
