Reviewing Pane

When I try to print a Word document that I am editing, the contents of the
reviewing pane prints as well. How do I turn off this feature? It is OK if
the markups and all other edits print off to the side of the document, but I
would like for the reviewing pane to stop printing. Please help..

Hi jewel,

When your view is set to Final Showing Markup or Original Showing Markup,
the default setting in the "Print what" field is "Document showing markup".
Either change the view to "Final" or "Original" prior to printing, or go to
File>Print and use the drop-down picklist in the "Print what" field to change
it to "Document" prior to printing.

FYI, there are newsgroup for Word. This newsgroup is for questions about the
XP OS. There is a variety of Word newsgroups. Look under
microsoft.public.word for and choose an applicable one.

I tried your suggestion but still got 3 pages of review pane when I tried to
print just page 2 of a document. There as to be someway of disabling the
review panes from printing
