Reverse DNS does not replicated

We have a reverse lookup zone created on our server yet it
does not replicate itself to a second DNS server. Does
this also have to be manually setup on the second DNS and
any other subsquent DNS server we build?

Yes, Reverse zones have NO DIRECT relationship to
any forward zone.

You must setup their replication -- and enable dynamic
updates if you need that -- separately, just as you would
for any other zone.
