REVERSE DNS CONFIG

Hi,
I'm trying to send email, and one domain is blocking us
we get this error

The server sending your mail [########] does not have a reverse DNS entry.

What do I need to do to set up the reverse DNS entry and allow for proper
mail delivery?

Call your ISP, since they most likely own the Authority on the reverse
lookup on your IP address.
