Retrieving e-mails / files & folders when switching outlook versio

Big trouble here unless I can get this resolved. My hard drive had to be
totally wiped out due to viruses. I had been using Microsoft XP and Outlook
20o3. The company that did this, installed Windows 2000 and with it, Outlook
2000. Now, I don't have access to all my previous e-mails, folders, address
book, etc. Basically four years of history! I can only access e-mails in my
in-box from a year ago, but no history of sent e-mails or files/folders.

You have a couple of issues. The first is that if the disk was wiped and
your delivery location was a PST on your hard drive, then of course you're
out of luck. The data is gone. Didn't you make offline backups of your
data? Your second issue is that you now have an operating system for which
you are not licensed. Demand that XP be reinstalled and then make sure that
company knows you'll never use them again. Had they taken a modicum of care
your data would be intact. Clearly they are incompetent.
