retrieve emails from excel

I've an excel file and they are a lot of informations on it, included emails
addresses.

I'd like to retrieve those emails addresses automatically from the selected
worksheet, detecting the "@" caracter and then export to outlook or ";"
separated list wich I will use to send emails.

How to do so ? It's there an easy way ?

You can save the file (csv ) and import in Outlook
