Retrieve deleted mails

I had configured mail account in my outlook, by mistake i
deleted (Shift + Delete) my mails from 'Sent Items'. How
can i retrieve the deleted mails.

is your outlook configured for Corporate/Workgroup mode? is Deleted Items
Retention configured on the Exchange server? if so, see this...
