retrieve deleted e-mail addresses

While trying to delete temporary internet files, I in error deleted all my
outlook e-mail addresses as wel as all messages in the in box. I despearately
need to retrieve the 700 e mail addresses and if possible the messages in the
inbox. Is it at all possible???
I am working on an old p.c. with windows 98 and office 2000
