Results form help

Paul Milner

Hi
I am using the database results wizard in FP2003 to
query an access 2003 database In the submit results to
the database(set up with a form) I have a section.
Gender: with check boxes: male, female, both, which submits
the data to the database.
When I set a query using the results wizard how can I get
the results wizard to choose from the three checkbox
answers and display the selected one placing it under a
heading:Gender on the query results page.
Thankyou
Paul M

You need to store the value of "Male", "Female", "Both?" in a single field called "Gender" in the
database on the form this would be 3 radio buttons., not check boxes.
