Restructure lots of fields

Hello

I have a collection of qualitative information on a large number of
investment funds. For each fund there is a manager (lots of related details);
dealing terms (lots of related details); firm (lots of related details) etc

My fund table has the following fields
FundID
FundName
FundStrategy

I then had a manager table, dealing terms table etc where those records were
linked to the fund via the FundID to the 'main' fund table. This has resulted
in 5 tables with a one-to-one relationship with the fund table which I'm not
conviced is a good structure . . .

What I have is similar to a survey - lots of people have referenced Duane
Hookom's survey database, but the link in previous posts doesn't seem to work.

Please could someone point me towards an appropriate example or give me some
restructuring ideas.

Many thanks
Tarryn
