Restricting users logging on more than once

I would like to restrict users in a specific user group
from logging on more than once on a W2k domain.
Ultimately, the same way an ISP does this task.
Is this possible?

Restrict the amount of people able to connect to their home drive share to
one
Add a login script that tests to see if they have a successful connection to
their home drive share, and logs them out if they don't.
