restricting folder access in windows 2003 server?

Is there a way to restrict access to certain folders in windows 2003 server?

i.e. I have a users folder that I wish to share, but only have certain users
access the sub folders? In that when the user clicks on the users folder
they will see folder abc, def, ghi, of which they will have access to the
first two and not to ghi.

Yes, just set permissions (NTFS) on the folders from the security tab.
