Restricted Sites in Status Bar

The status bar in the lower right hand corner of a window
typically displays the "my computer" icon. When I open
the Cookies folder, the status bar displays the
message "Restricted sites". What is this telling me?

I don't know, but mine is the same. Ignore it.
