Restricted Access error

Hi.

I have an Access database that will nnot allow me to enter saying "You do
not have the necessary permissions to use...Have your system administrator or
person who created...". I created the database, and can access it from any
other computer on the network. It has user level security and is replicated.

I have recreated the the workgroup file (which also works fine on the other
computers on the network), replicated the database and recovered the design
master incase the original desing master was corrupted, I have even
reinstalled office - but all to no avail. Help!!

This might be a stupid question but are you either
1) trying to open it with a shortcut containg the /WRKGRP Switch
or
2) using the workgroup Admin tool (or changing the registry) to connect to
the workgroup
